You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All original tags must be attached.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).
Gift cards (if applicable).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

Damaged or defective products.
Incorrect items sent by us.
Size exchange (subject to product availability).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Elovin is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, where applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
